Guardian continues to complement disaster recovery practices by restoring customers' data and systems to a secure virtual environment when needed. Should an event occur that causes a customer's ERP system to be inaccessible for a long period of time, the customer can fall back to their virtual, hosted environment until normal hardware or software can be restored at their local site.
For years, the SMB ERP market was lacking in disaster recovery. A recent survey showed that 87% of business owners who used back-office ERP systems like SAP Business One were extremely concerned as to how they would operate should a server fail.
